Lily Aldridge is our fantasy come to life in the new VS Fantasy Bra

When the song "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" was first introduced in 1949, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes creators Jule Styne and Leo Robin were surely just envisioning the Fireworks Fantasy Bra to be, some 66 years early. Right?

Victoria's Secret revealed this morning that the Fireworks Fantasy Bra will be the highlight of the 2015 VS Fashion Show. According to Vogue.com, the demi-shaped, luxe lingerie piece took over 685 hours to create and showcases more than 6.500 precious gems from the label's traditional jeweler, Mouaward.

So what you ask could make a $2 million bra that features 14 different types of precious gems, from garnet to blue topaz, even more elegant? Lily Aldridge, of course. The two-time SI Swimsuit model and VS Angel joins the ranks of other SI Swimsuit alums like Tyra Banks and Heidi Klum as she flaunts her flawless figure in the one-of-a-kind set.

Suffice it to say, Victoria's Secret obviously recognizes the beauty in a SI Swimsuit model, since the lingerie company will be enlisting the help of Lily's friends Sara Sampaioand Gigi Hadid to also walk the 2015 runway show, set to air next month.
